Northern Sonoma County Air Pollution Control District (NSCAPCD) is offering a Wood Stove Change out program.  West & Northern Sonoma County residents may qualify for up to $2000 in rebates thru 2/1/14 (Note: Subject to available funding and N.S.C.A.P.C.D criteria)
