New “Help Me Decide” Feature Available Now

We’ve just released a brand-new feature called Help Me Decide! This easy-to-use filter tool guides users through a series of quick prompts, helping narrow down options to the perfect fireplace or group of models tailored to your needs. Say goodbye to decision fatigue—finding your ideal fireplace has never been easier.

How Does It Work?

When visiting the Fireplace Design Center, users now have two ways to begin: the classic method or our new guided tool. Just click ‘Help Me Decide’ to get started. Once clicked, the app will guide you through the following:

1. Select your installation type
2. Select your fuel type
3. Select your design style
4. Select the desired width of the fireplace

After completing the selection process, you’ll be presented with a curated fireplace or collection of options tailored just for you. Dive in by clicking on any option to start building your custom Valor.
